My book, Jean Paton and the Struggle to Reform American Adoption, will be published by the University of Michigan in the Fall 2013.  Even though it will be a big book, over 400 pages long, I had to cut quite a bit.  This blog is intended as a place to post some of Jean’s correspondence, documents, and publications that  formed the original book manuscript and were cut and also as a forum to discuss and debate Jean’s methodology, ideas, and personality.
